When you use the Contact or Start a Project forms, we may collect:

• requested services

• project details / goals
• any other information you voluntarily include in your message

03 — WHY WE USE IT

We use enquiry information only for legitimate business purposes, such as responding to enquiries, discussing potential work, preparing proposals or quotes, managing client relationships, business administration, and legal or accounting record keeping where required.

05 — FORM DELIVERY / THIRD PARTIES

Website enquiry forms currently use FormSubmit as a form-delivery provider. Data submitted through those forms is processed by FormSubmit in order to deliver the enquiry to us.

Clicking a WhatsApp link opens the external Meta/WhatsApp service. Any information you share there is processed under WhatsApp and Meta's own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.

Hosting and other service providers may process limited technical information needed to operate, secure and deliver this website.

06 — COOKIES / ANALYTICS

EK Studio does not currently intentionally use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies on this website.

Essential technical cookies or similar technologies may be used by hosting or service providers where necessary for site operation and security.

If analytics or advertising technologies are added later, this policy and any required consent mechanism will be updated accordingly.

07 — DATA RETENTION

Enquiry and client information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for enquiry handling, client administration, legal or accounting obligations, dispute handling, or legitimate business records.
